• Plant geometrical structure parameters measurement——The plant's geometrical parameters (such as LAI and LAD) are measured based on 3D reconstruction (by camera or 3D imaging instrument, such as kinect) of plant or LiDAR point cloud. The purpose of this work is trying to solve the problems of acquisition of ground truth for remote sensing validation. Traditionally, the ground truth of plant's geometrical parameters are manually measured. It is a labor-intensive work, and the efficiency and accuracy are low.
